#2 – Innovative Approaches to Teaching

Who is this course intended for?

This course targets a wide range of individuals, including teachers and school personnel from pre-school to primary, secondary, vocational, adult, special needs education and all those who want to improve their digital competences and to learn new ways to learn.

This course is designed for education professionals and individuals interested in exploring innovative approaches to teaching. The main objective of the course is to provide a solid theoretical understanding and an opportunity to apply cutting-edge teaching methods in practice.

Methodology

The methodology will involve a combination of theoretical classes, examples of best practices, content creation workshops, discussions, and experience sharing. Participants will have the opportunity to develop tangible final products and learn through their creation.

Outcomes

  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of innovative approaches to teaching: Participants will acquire a deep knowledge and understanding of various innovative teaching methods, strategies, and techniques that can be applied in different educational settings.
  2. Enhance digital competences: Participants will develop their digital skills and become proficient in using a variety of digital tools, platforms, and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

  6. Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment: Participants will learn strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture, fostering a supportive and respectful learning environment for all students.
  7. Collaborate and share best practices: Participants will have opportunities to collaborate with peers, share experiences, and exchange best practices in innovative teaching, expanding their professional network and gaining new insights.

5 Days Programme (25 hours, course sessions from Monday to Friday)

  • Interactive lessons: VR, using AI in education
  • Gamifying the classroom
  • Blended learning: lms; moodle and other alternatives to Google Classroom 
  • 3d Printing Tinkercad 
  • Using the design-thinking process to do a projet-based learning (Creating a spot about your school using audio and video)
  • Other approaches: Crossover teaching, Peer education, inquiry-based learning, flipped classroom…
  • cultural and social programme
  • Team Building and networking activities
  • City tour or a cultural trip

Certificate

Each participant will get a course attendance certificate.

Course Fee

The course fee is 80€ per day, including tuition and materials, cultural programme, support in preparation and administrative work. We do not have hidden fees.

After registration, you will receive an invoice (pro-forma) which you will have to pay by bank transaction. After you attend the course, you will receive the invoice.
